From a Doctor's Verdict to a Transformation That Inspires

A doctor once told me my life would never be normal without steroids. I spent 6 years battling nephrotic syndrome during my body's most critical growth phase. Six years of corticosteroids. Multiple health complications. And a medical verdict that felt like a life sentence.

"I proved them wrong. Through fitness, I didn't just recover — I transformed. Today, people regularly refuse to believe my age."

That's why I founded Share Wellbeing in 2019 — after 8+ years in the fitness industry and over 5,000 personal training hours across Bengaluru, Dehradun, New Delhi, and Jaipur. I saw the same problems everywhere: gyms selling equipment access with no results roadmap, trainers making clients suffer instead of progress, and nutrition advice built on bro-science.

I do things differently. I start every client relationship with a deep counseling session — I listen first, understand your life, then build a science-backed plan around exercise, nutrition, and sleep. No superfood gimmicks. No trapping contracts. Just habits that stick for life.
